The building has some general guidelines for tenant eligibility. All applications are handled on a case by case basis.
- 680+ FICO Credit Score
- Rent Can Not to Exceed 40% of Income
- No Prior Evictions
- No Felony Convictions-No Inclusion on Sex Offender Registries
- It is a non smoking building and violation will result in eviction
Each applicant will be required to complete and share a Zumper Tenant Screening or self supply a credit report that includes monthly debt information. If you chose Zumper screening it is at your expense. Zumper is a great tool in any apartment search as it can be shared multiple times to multiple landlords/agents. Each applicant will need to supply pay stubs, or income source verification, and all required paperwork in a timely fashion. Applications are considered abandoned if all requests are not completed in 48 hrs.
